Return and Refund policy

Due to hygiene and product safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used skin and hair care products.

Return is accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged in transit

Steps to Request a Return or Refund:

  1. Email us at [shreeproducts1326@gmail.com ]within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging
    • Description of the issue

If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Note: Products must be unused and in original packaging for any return eligibility.
